Spay and neuters are by appointment only at 9507 West County Road 77 in Midland (behind Mid-Cities Church) thereafter. Drop off is 8-9:30am and pick-up is usually 12-2pm.
Please use our online scheduling software to book your appointment by clicking the Book Now button on the navigation bar above. THE EXCEPTION IS COMMUNITY CATS: NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY; HOWEVER SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. Please email info@fixwesttexas.org for more information on how to proceed with a feral cat.
All appointments must be secured by a deposit via credit card that will be applied to your total, unless you contact us at info@fixwesttexas.org for alternatives. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows, as we must still pay the veterinarian for their time.
Vaccinations, Microchips, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Preventatives and other non-surgical services will be available each clinic day we are open from 10am-12pm. We will also schedule pop-up vaccination clinics, as time allows.
All services are available to everyone. No income or residence restrictions apply. Every dollar spent at our clinic is another dollar helping the animals and owners in our area. We encourage every owner to have a full-service veterinarian for vet services beyond the scope of our nonprofit clinic.
All animals undergoing surgery must weigh more than three (3) pounds and be more than 10 (ten) weeks old.
We DO NOT perform surgery on animals with any underlying disease, that are obese, or that are over five (5) years old due to the increased risk of complications and/or death.
We DO NOT perform surgery on brachycephalic dogs (pugs, English bulldogs, French bulldogs, Boston terriers, Pekingese, Lhasa apso, Shih Tzu, and boxers) due to the increased risk of complications and/or death.
We DO NOT perform surgery on Great Danes or other giant breed dogs as we do not have the specialty equipment necessary to serve these giant breeds.
