City of Odessa leaders continue to sweep their dirty little secret under the rug. What is that secret? Their Shelter Director is responsible for killing over 70% of all animals that come into their care. Many of these are killed “in the field” with no chance of being adopted or reclaimed.
We hope that local Odessa residents will join us in telling City Leaders that we expect them to do better. After all, Animal Control uses our taxpayer dollars and should be providing our community the same level of service that other cities provide their residents.
